A stadium in Rifu-cho is one of the sites for the 2020 Olympic games. However, the street, near the station which is connected to the stadium, is not attractive. We designed this food stall as a temporary tool for activating the local area. We had to make it as cheap as possible due to the limited budget. Therefore, we focused on using wasted parts of the temporary house, that was used for Tohoku earthquake and tsunami evacuation. The structure of this food stall is made by that wasted parts from temporary house. We couldn’t launch it yet because of the pandemic of Covid-19. Though, our food stall will be able to show the new material cycle for revitalization of post-disaster area.
